While this year’s Shakespeare tour moves into its fifth week, we are already taking bookings for the 2019 season.  The tour of Macbeth and Romeo and Juliet will start on January 8th, so please do get in touch if you are looking to support your students’ learning with one of our highly engaging performances as dates are already filling up.

In addition we have two workshops on offer. Our Dream Day will be taking to the road between June 28th and July 9th 2018. Ideal for Year 7 – 8 students, it involves them working with our actors to produce an action-packed, condensed, dramatised version of A Midsummer Night’s Dream. For GCSE students we have a workshop on An Inspector Calls available during the last two weeks of January 2019 in which a director and three actors will rehearse key scenes, allowing the students to interrogate the text before seeing the characters come fully alive in performance excerpts.

Please contact [email protected] with enquiries and bookings.

On An Inspector Calls workshop

The most valuable aspects were ensuring the students were fully engaged in the workshop and, consequently, the play itself.  It was a lively, stimulating session which focused the students’ minds on the issues of the play and its performance.

On the Dream Day

I liked that it was quite immersive and everyone was included throughout the workshop.  Also I liked that it was not teaching us in a passive way. I thoroughly enjoyed it because all the actors were very funny and helpful and I would love to do it again.
