The poetry of Power and Conflict takes centre stage on Monday as we travel to John Hampden Grammar School in High Wycombe. A creative team of Jessica Dennis, Darrel Bailey, Jack Blakey and Aryana Ramkhalawon, led by Artistic Director, Michael Wicherek, will bring to vivid life, through oral and visual techniques, poems ranging from Tissue by Imtiaz Dharker to Remains by Simon Armitage and work with GCSE students to develop their engagement with language, structure, style and themes.
