Set up day for TIME FOR THE GOOD LOOKING BOY at the Pleasance in Edinburgh. We have arrived! We have Itai Erdal’s lighting in place in glorious technicolour. We have a some serious sounds from Jon Nicholls pumping. We have Rhys Jarman’s set snug tight in the seventy seater venue. And of course, we have the Boy, Lloyd Thomas in sparkling form under the direction of Iqbal Khan. A lot of bodies and a lot of sweat but together, the Box Clever crew and the guys from the Pleasance have done it and got the production ready for its first Edinburgh preview on Thursday. Let’s hear it for PipMaster, Butch and Mags. Let’s hear it for the Pleasance under the stylish Watt Tyler and the unflappable Tommy Lishman.
