Very many thanks to The Charter School and all the students and staff who supported the rehearsal residency of Macbeth over the last two weeks and who provided our first audience at the preview shows. The play now starts its National tour alongside Romeo and Juliet with performances in Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, London and Sussex.
This week also sees the start of the Scunthorpe Shakespeare Project, a creative writing project working with four secondary schools in Lincolnshire, supported by North Lincolnshire District Council and Arts Council England Grants for the Arts.
Finally, Artistic Director, Michael Wicherek and actor, Matthew Rutherford will be returning to the ten schools involved in the Frankenstein Project to continue the development of the first draft of the new adaptation.
