A strong start to our 2015/2016 season with new productions of the Hate Play directed by Kim Sykes, The Passenger directed by Stephen Burke and A Christmas Carol directed by Iqbal Khan. We continued to pursue our policy of rehearsing productions in schools with residencies at Bow School in East London, Riddlesdown Collegiate in Purley and at Saint John Fisher in Wigan. We also welcomed new creatives to Box Clever this season with Assistant Director Ben Mills, musician and sound designer Enrico Aurigemma and Assistant designer Verity Sadler. We are looking forward to the Spring and to our national Shakespeare to schools tour of Romeo and Juliet and a brand new co-writing project, the Chaucer Tales project. On March 6th, we celebrate our 20th anniversary with celebrations of the past and the present, at Ovalhouse.
