Box Clever’s lively, versatile and thoroughly engaging actors present the ideal way to explore Shakespeare, his life and works, in a seventy-five-minute blend of music, action, romance and drama. The session engages them in key excerpts from a selection of plays including Romeo & Juliet, Macbeth, Hamlet, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Much Ado About Nothing, Twelfth Night and Henry IV, demystifying the text and exploring the plays in performance as well as the world in which Shakespeare himself lived.
My favourite thing was the fact that we could get involved, they included everyone, also the performers were really friendly! I liked how they were informal and natural with us because I felt more comfortable also it made the information easier to understand and learn. I really enjoyed it and I learnt loads without really noticing! I thought the actors were really friendly and they were brilliant at teaching us but making it an enjoyable experience.
